Paul had spent a year fanning the flames of the Gospel and planting new churches in Galatia. However, soon after leaving Galatia, Paul received some distressing news. False teachers were leading the young believers astray. They were confusing the believers, deceiving them, misleading them, turning them around in the wrong direction. Overwhelmed with concern for these new believers, he writes to them, “You have gotten turned around. You are headed in the wrong way.” Could he be saying the same thing to us?
