Some churches talk about money all the time. Some don't talk about money at all. In both cases, people are not well served. We must understand the Bible talks about money a lot. In the books of Matthew, Mark and Luke, one out of every six verses is about money. Jesus talked about money more than he talked about heaven, or hell or anything else. Jesus didn't talk about money so much because he was a fund raiser. No, he talked about money matters because money matters. Money really is a litmus test for the Christian. One man has said you can tell more about a person’s spiritual life not by looking at his Bible, but by looking at his checkbook.
